"Very disrespectful staff. Prices are almost double from home Depot. Had Santa stand-ups at 300 bucks and can buy the exact same one for 200 at home Depot. Ask sales associate about inflatable and he pointed to where they were. Had 2 Santa stand-ups. One white and one black. Had white Santa covered with merchandise and when I asked why he said that's where they told me to set up. I said well everything should be seen he said like I said this is where my boss told me to sit up. I told him he was rude and I wouldn't buy anything from that store. He said well that's your choice. Will NEVER go back into Lowe's"
"We've been to Lowe's many times, and I would not have given it 4 stars, but this particular time we went to the garden department for mums. The 2 employees we encountered there were very friendly and helpful, which I have not always found to be the case in the rest of the store. Maybe being outside in the sunshine gives employees a better attitude! Regardless, the customer experience can make or break a retail establishment, so kudos to those 2 employees for making our experience a pleasant one!"
"Lowe's is one of the only places where I can find the filter that goes to my fridge. I love the garden center. They have a wide variety of plants and flowers. The staff is always friendly and helpful"
