"Came here today (still here as I write this). I ordered a drink and a plain bagel with egg. The really nice gentleman took my order and we paid. Waited 20 minutes and got our order. The order was wrong. It was egg and cheese on some kind of bread. Went back to the counter and explained the mistake. At this point a girl walks to the cashier to help the guy out and she says they cannot put an egg on a bagel (umm ok.) so I change the order to a bagel and cream cheese. Again, wait about 12 minutes and had to go ask about the order. I think they definitely need more staff here because the wait is usually pretty long. And why can’t we put an egg on a bagel?"
