"“We don’t have chicken” was what I was told at the window after ordering. And told to “get out of the drive through”. Tell me, how does a fast food chicken restaurant not chicken? Amazing."

"I went in to buy gift cards for Christmas for my father, who LOVES Jack's breakfast. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I even earned a $5 gift card for every $25 spent. So, I was happy about that...because their fries are my favorite!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and son went here for lunch through the drive thru and was very rudely told to come order inside. So that’s what they did. I then got a message from my husband saying that we aren’t ever going to this location again. Their experience was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service here hasn’t always been great to begin with but this was completely unacceptable. With our order, we wanted two milkshakes. The cashier said she “wasn’t taking orders for milkshakes” yet the person in front of my husband and the person after my husband ordered milkshakes and got them. So she definitely singled him out. The cashier was also trying to talk people out of ordering certain food items because they were “out” and that it was going to take a while. Saying things like “are you sure you want to order that? It’s going to take a while.” My son and I usually come here every Friday for breakfast but we will no longer do business here because of the constant lack of decent customer service."

"I ordered two biscuit combos. When i get to the window, they ask me to pull to the side because they are waiting for fresh hash browns. I have no issue for pulling up and waiting for fresh hash browns, but this is what I got. I wouldn’t even call them hash browns, it was just a congealed lump of potatoes that they smashed into the container. I also asked for honey mustard, but like every time I ask, they never put any in the bag."

"Tried to order food and was greeted with a less than happy employee. I was told rudely that they didn’t have what i ordered. I ordered something else and nada. Rudely i was told they were out. Third time was not the charm. Out again and apparently i should’ve known. I will never eat here again. You’ve lost me. Too bad too. I really liked the food at one point."
