"Went here with some coworkers, they were busy which is fine. Our server came to the table no smile and seemed like she didn't care. After taking our order our food came out in parts instead of all at once. One order came out then took about 15 mins for the next one to come out. One of the orders came out in 3 plates and was missing parts that should have been there according to the order. Our server never offered to refill our drinks the whole time we were there. We asked to speak with a manager, the person who came out was first of all NOT a manager. Secondly she was providing excuses instead of solutions as we were just asking for a solution to fix the problem. She wasn't helpful in the least bit. She said "I don't know what you want me to do, I can't comp the meal". We weren't asking to comp the meal just to fix the issue. Tell us what you can fix. That's customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment."

"My wife and I had a great breakfast there this morning. I got the MVP and my wife, the pecan pancakes. The food was very good and I did not leave hungry. We had a very nice young lady named Becca who took care of us. She was so sweet that I didn't need syrup for my pancake. There's one thing for sure, you will not have to worry about your coffee cup going empty. The lady that was cooking was even going around, keeping the coffee cups filled. It was a great time, and I look forward in coming back."

"Stopped in for a bite of breakfast while traveling, and it happened to be a very busy morning. Even with that, the wait for a table wasn't too long and the service was immediate upon seating. I don't recall ever having eaten at a Huddle House, and my husband didn't make it sound too delicious. But I believe in trying for myself. Overall, it was a good experience, good enough that a return visit is definite. The food was very tasty, portions were decent, and pricing was reasonable."
