"My dad placed an order to Winfield, AL Pizza hut yesterday, on 10/22, and called and spoke to someone on the phone, and they told him it would be ready in like 20 minutes. So, he went to pick it up, one lady was outside in the parking lot smoking, and he pulls up to the window, a woman opens it, and she doesn't say anything and just stares at him angrily, and then he says he had an order, and the woman doesn't even look for it and says "It isn't here." And he says he called 20 minutes ago, and she still gave him attitude and asked if he ordered some other way, and he said no, and she was still rude and said "Well, we don't have it." He asked to speak to the manager, and she said "I AM the manager." Then he asked for her name, and she said "I ain't giving you my name." Then she slammed the window shut in his face. Thankfully, he didn't live far away, but imagine if it had been someone who did, and drove all the way there for that order that they called in, and got that treatment? Awful, awful customer service."
"Great service and attitude of staff during pickup of order. Product was done well and accurately. One of the few Pizza Hut locations that seems to be still true to Pizza Hut pizza."
"We ordered a dinner box today and upon examinations to our pizza, our ham had this in it. Pictures attached. We ordered ham, pepperoni, and beef pizzas and the ham was the only one. We took it back and the lady we dealt with was very rude and hateful about it."
"I decided to review this location now that they made inside dinning available again. The dinning room was dated but clean, and the associates were friendly and helpful. I purchased the salad bar, 6 wings and a 20oz Dr. Pepper. This meal cost me over $20.00. The salad bar seemed fresh, but it was modest and didn't have a wide selection for the price. The wings were hot and good. Overall the establishment was acceptable, but not worth the price. The bathrooms were clean and well cared for. I would recommend sticking to pizza and bread sticks through the Drive-Thru."
