"The people amazing, the food great. The catfish was the best of the best. If you haven't been you need to!!"
"Can't beat this place! Feels like home! Coy and Sonya provide great food, great service, homey atmosphere, at very reasonable prices! If you're lucky, you will experience Coy's heavenly cow patty cookies!!!"
"Update: 12/20/23 We returned on the above date for catfish plates. The 2 piece filets were more than enough (1 w/ fries, 1 w/ baked potato). The food was hot and delicious. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner and her granddaughter-in-law as well as some other customers. A great small cafe for some great fried catfish! A new favorite place for catfish!! We were out on a Saturday afternoon in the Waterloo/Central communities when we decided to do a first visit to Copley’s Corner/Kelley’s Cafe. This is is small community cafe with simple but very clean building. They offer fried catfish, chicken livers, hamburger steaks, sandwiches, etc. We chose regular cheeseburgers w/fixin’s and a side orders of okra (very good) and french fries! These were very good “like home” burgers. The servers and owner were very friendly . . . makes you really feel welcome. We’re returning for the chicken livers and the catfish!"
"Last of a dying breed…. Home cooked food from a small local family restaurant… best place to eat by far… reasonable prices too"
"Our burgers were from frozen patties. Service was as good as could be expected. We only saw one employee the whole time there. Very friendly young lady! She must have been cooking and serving tables because we were waiting a good while. Would visit again."
