McDonald's 3670 South Eason Boulevard, Tupelo, MS 38804

"I ordered 2 sausage egg Mcmuffins this morning the woman typed in order wrong and was ignoring me until she swipped my card she finally acknowledged me and I told her I ordered it with egg .she was like well I didn't take it down like that I said ok well ill pay the differance meaning id pay the few cents difference between 4 76 and 5 23 because of her mess up. She then said I owed her 4 50 for the egg to be added which means they wouldn't just allow me to pay the differance between the mess up she rung it up like I added egg to 2 sausage mcmuffins. And she told me that she did not use my card that this was the fix and that my card wasn't run .I looked at my bank account and the card had definantly been run .so long story short something that always cost 5 23 cents wound up costing almost 9 dollars because of an error by them that they refused to fix properly without lying to me about the way it was handled. I won't be going back to this Mcdonald again and I was stopping there every morning and spending 6 to 10 dollars. The girl blantlently lied to me about how she handled it and thought I was to dumb to know or figure it out so if I could leave no star and a liar badge to this place I would"

"They have the best frappes and always make them just how I like them each and every time? I come there before work each morning to get one!! And all the morning employees are all really nice and have great service skills and great attitudes!"

"I went here because it is the closest McDonald's to my house. The girl who took my order through the drive-thru was talking to someone else when she took my order. So she missed half my order. I got to the window and was missing two burgers and a drink. When I informed them, they said since it wasn't on my receipt, I would have to drive around again to order the missing items through the drive-through. I told them to charge me, and I would pay for it now. I asked for a refund and would go somewhere else. The manager told me she would only refund me if I was at the window. Needless to say, it was the worst experience at any McDonald's I have ever had. I will be posting this on Social Media. And I have told all my friends and family. So, they just lost about 50 customers because of the rudeness!"

"Absolutely terrible service here. There was no caramel, hazelnut, or whipped cream. We paid extra for all this stuff in the drinks with no refund. We had all our drinks switched to mocha. We made it home and there was a fly in one of the drinks!! I drove all the way back and the employees were rude about having to remake the drink. I asked for a side of slivered onions and Mac sauce (pictured) and they barely put anything in them. The tartar sauce was in the box instead of on the filet-o-fish (pictured). The hamburger (pictured) was supposed to have extra pickles and there is barely any sauce on it. I was not rude and did nothing to warrant rude behavior from the employees. This was a ridiculous experience and these employees should be dealt with. This is not the first time I've dealt with rude employees at this location."
