"These guys are a joke, if you care about the appearance of your vehicle shop elsewhere. Father and son are professional bull-shitters. Held on to my vehicle for over a month, when originally expected to be done in 1 week, 2 at most he says. I caught on to what he was doing with a few surprise visits. The vehicles in his garage would be different each time I arrived and asked him why mine was still unfinished. He gave me a run around about his back hurting, hes short handed. These two pump out bumper re-finishings in volume and will hold your project off and get to it when they can. His price was unbeatable by his competition near by, don't be enticed by this, instead run as fast as you can! In less than 1 month after receiving my vehicle back there were several rust spots already poking through his work, also his INFAMOUS chip gaurd he offers will peal off your vehicle."

"Bill, the owner, and his son are friendly enough people and their prices were better than their competitors but their work was very, very slow. I left my work van with them to remove some rust and cover some blemishes left by a shoddy cover up job. The work shouldn't have taken more than a week or two but they kept it for 36 days. Bill first promised me it would be done in one week, then two, then three, then four, then just a few more days, and then just another weekend. It was extremely frustrating as it was my only work vehicle and it put me out of work for a very long time. Even though I brought this to his attention, he ignored it and continued rotating his stock of other cars pretty regularly whenever I would visit. He had various reasons for it taking so long, like injuring his back, but that didn't stop the other vehicles from being worked on. After all was said and done, his work was clean and looked great but he left a mess of my seats and dashboard (could have put down a drop cloth) and even missed several spots that I specifically asked him to fix. He reasoned it away saying he gave me extras "for free" but the extras mean nothing if the original work isn't done to begin with. I decided to write this review after finding the third spot he didn't touch."
