"I had high hopes for this place based off reviews and how long they've been around. I took my truck in because it was missing at 50mph. It would jump but still drive. I was told I need 4 spark plugs and the coil pack and it would cost me 1700.00. REMIND YOU I AM 9 MONTHS PREGNANT!!!! So I get it done thinking my vehicle would be fixed. I brought it home and it still didn't sound right. So I took it back in. I told them I was going on vacation and I needed to make sure it was going to make it there. I was assured my vehicle sounded perfect and it would definitely make it. So I took my truck on vacation. 3 hours into the trip my vehicle won't go over 50mph. I take my truck back to Hanks auto, they tell me 4500.00 for the timing chain and don't even care that I spent 1700 2 weeks ago. 9 months pregnant, 3 other kids and this place don't care if I was dead or alive. Terrible business. They should seriously take accountability for what they did to me."
