"BEWARE totaled out car due to oil caps not being put on correctly!!!!! Please double check oil cap is on. They did not for my vehicle and oil spewed all under my hood and all over everything. I have sunk now thousands of dollars into my car due to this mistake and when I let them know, they just gave me a free oil change…. I was just told my car is donezo due to this oil spill ruining my alternator, battery, timing chain etc. it’s sad because my family and I have been using Basha for over 15 years and we’re still driving 20 miles after moving to use their services. Please just be aware before driving off!!"

"This place is amazing. I was there for a total of 18 mins. That includes the two cars that were ahead of me. Their team was efficient and friendly. They cleaned my floor mats, did a quick vacuum job, cleaned my windows and changed my oil. My oil change price was very reasonable. They didn’t try and talk me into a service or extra that I didn’t need. The manager was extremely nice as well. I will be going back to place again."

"The first time I went to Basha Oil Change I thought it was a fluke that they were so nice and friendly. I went back for my next oil change today and I got the same energy level an hour before closing as I did the first time on a Saturday morning. Besides being extremely friendly and the generous offer of water, coffee or snacks, Basha is extremely efficient. They rotated my tires, vacuumed the inside, changed the oil, bill paid, and had me out of the door in less than 10-15 minutes tops. That’s even including the time it took to use the free car wash that comes with the service. There was no pressure to buy extras like air filters or wiper blades. It was like watching a ballet. Everyone had their role and every interaction with them was done with a smile and kindness on their end. Man…you just have to see for your self. It was very reasonably priced as well. Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation was $72 and some change out the door. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for bringing great customer service back."
