"I never write reviews but figured I could save anyone from this place. Ever since I have brought my phone here, it has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. I’ve returned to this store 5 times because of issues with my phone since they touched my phone. Plastic was left in my phone after replacing the screen causing the speaker to not work, replaced my battery with an uncontrolled quality battery that resulted in my phone quite literally splitting into two pieces and once again after replacing the battery it is overheating. I have been beyond patient and kind while returning to them numerous times with continued issues. Unless you want to spend countless hours and have to purchase a new phone, don’t let this place handle your phone. I can’t figure out how to reply to you, I have called and asked to speak with a manager . The individual on the phone said he would call me back and never did."

"I called up batteries and bulbs on 13 John R and asked them if they could fix my iPhone 7 Plus glass that broke at 1:45 took the phone up there by 2 o’clock in the afternoon and had it returned to me at 3:15 very happy with their service very reasonable prices and friendly service the female at the front desk was very nice. I would highly recommend you to get your glass repairs to this facility on John R 13."

"PROS: Prompt service. Slightly more affordable than Apple Car screen replacement. CONS: The replacement screen is really poor quality, giving my phone a dull grey hue, making the phone difficult to read. My original screen was clear and bright. The service person told me the glass replacement would be the same quality as the original, and it is not. When I addressed this with the service person, he did not care and he said there was nothing he could do about the poor quality. He dismissed my concerns. Also, random name on the building does not match the name on Google."

"I made an appointment online for Noon. On arrival, I was told no battery for a Samsung Galaxy S7 was available in stock. The clerk called another store, and they had the battery in stock. I offered to go and get the battery to save time. Installation was fast, and you can't tell looking at the phone, it was ever opened. However, the battery life after 1st charge was poor. Note: The battery used was not a known brand name battery. I will update review, if battery performance improves over time."
