"Only gave 1 star because it made me. The only thing good about this company is the tech was very kind and professional. The price is good but you get what you pay for. Faulty and used units which have them coming back every year in repairs. My advice would be to research. The boss he doesn't even care to call you back when his units break down he will just leave you with no air. Repairs take forever and you get told a million different stories no communication between employees at all. Go with a company that cares about their customers and not just $$$$$$ I got 2 years out of my new unit and a million noise complaints. Hope anyone else that chooses this company has better luck."
