"If I could give a negative rating, I would. They got their cable stuck in my sewer line. The guy left and told me it wouldn’t be a problem overnight. My basement then flooded. The second guy came back the next day, and got his cable unstuck, and he left also. I was basically left high and dry, and now my basement is still flooding. Never ever count on them. They left as fast as they could"
