"Really liked them and have gone to them multiple times until I went in yesterday and they strong armed me $750 for a remanufactured alternator for my 2014 Jeep. Unfortunate but there are honest mechanics out there and elsewhere."

"Brought our van there because the fan is blowing fumes into the van, it's leaking anti-freeze and it's overheating. Told it was the fan that needed to be replaced, wondered "why"if the fan is blowing but trusted that as the professional they knew what they were doing. Was told it would be ready the next day SURPRISE it was ready early. Paid, picked up vehicle drove less than five miles down the road and the same thing that was happening as when we brought it there was still happening. Called immediately and was told to being it back. Brought it back, was told that it was the heater coil now and now it will be an additional $600+ to fix on top of the $600+ we just paid a few hours before. They claim it did not have any of this issues we described while it was with them and they let the vehicle run for 2 hours straight to make sure it would not OVERHEAT AGAIN. 2 hours straight lol! They did all of this and there was no issue but the issue returned the second we picked it up. SURE! They fixed an issue that did not exist but the original issue remained. We said you know what, whether the fan was wrongfully replaced or not, the fact still remains they had to pay for the part so lets not make a big deal about it.They fixed what was NOT the issue and now want us to pay for their mistake. We said being that this was a misdiagnoses on your part, the honorable thing to do would be to charge us for the part as you will have to pay for the part, but we should not have to pay for additional labor as the fault is yours and we have already paid for unneeded parts and labor. They refused to do absolutely anything to stand behind their work. Where is the integrity? There is nothing honorable about their dealings. They are liars and thieves. We picked the vehicle up and drove it a few miles down the road to the dealer to have their "work" examined and a diagnostic done. It had the same issue all the way there. We also discovered that they padded the cost of the part for the vehicle by over a $100 and lied about its availability. Had they said we messed up and we will meet you in the middle to make it right. We would not have had an issue. Heck, maybe even if they said we can only give a discount on labor, something, anything at all. But, not one ounce of basic decency. As humans we all fall short so them misdiagnosing was not the issue. But, to act like you did nothing wrong when you did, to show no concern, no apology and to offer no form of remedy. Speaks volumes of their characters. The only thing we can take with us when we leave this plain is what we've done and the type of person we lived our lives as . That's whether personal or in business. Shame on you! You most certainly will be hearing from us again real soon. Truly dishonorable in business!"
