"The brakes on my car stopped working due to neglect. My boss takes all of his vehicles to this Goodyear in particular and he strongly recommended this place. The customer service was 10 stars despite them being shorthanded and full of work. There was an issue with a wrong part being delivered by the supplier that delayed my repair. Despite it being a 3rd party mistake the guys gave me about a 50% discount off of my bill which was much needed to be honest. They shuttled me from my house to the shop when my car was finished, free of charge. When I got upset due to the delay they didn’t skip a beat. They continued to be professional and courteous. They are clearly skilled, experts in the customer service and auto repair. I didn’t get any tires from but I was there for 2 hours and noticed they offer a speedy tire replacement service also."

"(original review 12/2022) I hired Goodyear to install, mount and balance tires I bought from tire rack onto my existing wheels. In about two hours, they installed the tires, new wheel weights, and disposed of the old tires. I am happy with that part of the service. I give a review of only three stars because of how rough the wheel rim came back to me. The included photo shows the roughest example, but all the wheels have paint missing on a similar location. I understand that a tool must depress the tire bead, but it doesn't look like much care was taken to prevent damage. The intent of my review is to give a forwarning to others for what to expect. Edit one year later (11/2023): i used these wheels and tires for this summer season, and they held up fine. That being said, i don't recall hitting anything in the road and noticed other damage to my wheels. One rim is cracked through, and all of them have tire changer bite marks on the inside of the rim. I won't be using the cracked wheel anymore, and wished that i looked closer at them after getting the tires mounted."

"Lied about tire rotation. I knew the tire on passenger rear side had a specific mark and it was not moved. I gave them a chance by asking few times if they are sure it was done and they said yes - basically, lied, looking straight at me. Makes me wondering if oil was actually changed."
