"These guys are complete rip off. Our warranty company assigned them for our plumbing needs. They came in, and suggested home remedy for resolving the issue (they basically asked for soaking the aerator in vinegar). We reluctantly accepted as they insisted it will be easiest solution. They charged $60 for this. However when the remedy did not work, so we reached out again, they asked us to go to home Depot or something, and fix the issue ourselves. We brought up the fact that Warrenty should cover this issue, to which they said that we will need to pay another $60 for coming in again. What a rip off. We will reach out to Warrenty company for fixing the issue anyways, but I would avoid these guys in future for sure."
