"My recent experience tranformed what began as a frustrating and difficult return home after a trip late on a friday evening. No water, no - showers, toilet, handwashing, etc. I called late in the evening to their 24 hr number and was surprised to here i would get a call back that night. Soon after i had a conversation with a kind and knowledgeable Vince who talked me thorough some possible workarounds then said if i still had trouble he would be here first thing in the morning. Saturday! The the owner Jim and ( son-in-law ) Vince came out and ran tests that seemed to rule out easy fixes, they seemed sorry and felt our pain. A while later while raising and inspecting the pipes, wires, and pump they pointed to a broken wire. Saved us thousands of dollars. They were elated that a wiring fix saved the day.
