"My husband has gone to this store three times now because the first time he went they sold him brake pads that were opened which he made them aware of and no one made sure they were all there before selling them to him. Second time he went back they gave him more expensive brake pads that weren't even for our van and the manager disappeared to the back of the store instead of dealing with the problem at hand. Now the third time hope they can figure it out. When he got there of course the manager stayed in the back the whole time and they sold him cheap brake pads this time around"
"I needed a caliper bracket mounting bolt for my jeep, I called around & everyone else had to order it for me but luckily I talked to Travis at o'Reilly near my house & he looked in his inventory til we found the right one! "I needed one manifold stud for my old tractor engine. They have a company who provides hardware but only in multipacks. If you want one of something, go to Napa or try the internet. Also, the counter persons lack of knowledge in various visits has made it difficult to find what you need."
