"Long story short, they pressured me into buying their membership for $200. I told them that it's more than likely a hardware problem in my computer and they assured me that they could help. The first time I brought it in they deleted my operating system Windows 10 pro and told me that they could not reinstall it. Then after bringing it back again, all they did was reinstall the operating system. It's literally all they did. I brought it back three times and each time they acted so smug about fixing it. My computer still freezes all the time. I also bought the computer at Best buy and they " can't do anything about it" needless to say I'm done with Best buy done with geek squad. Horrible horrible experience."

"this review only relates to the geek squad at this location. I have a custom PC so the geek squad membership seemed like a good idea. I took my computer to this geek squad and they turned me away because apparently they aren't setup to take my pc and do maintenance even though I had all the resources they needed. this is the only geek squad that's ever done this to me and incredibly dissapointed. Will never go back there."
