"The strut on my back hatch broke while I was trying to get my grocery shopping done in Ann Arbor, causing my hatch to be unable to close to drive home. Abbott was the closest shop nearby. I stopped in, explained my issue, they came immediately out to help me remove the broken strut and I was back on the road within 5 mins. Not to mention it was pouring down cold rain when they came out to help! Thanks for the kindness and for turning a bad day around Abbott Street Auto Service!"
"Stopped by to get my heating and cooling along with blower motor fixed back in February. Same issues resurfaced only 7 months later. I called in to let them know that the same issues have presented themselves to be told I could have an appointment in 8 days at the earliest. I have my doubts that the $800+ repair was done properly, which I expressed on the phone when I called today to speak with the service department. There wasn’t much concern and I was told to call back if I cannot find an appointment with another shop sooner."
