"From start to finish, I had an absolutely superb experience at Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor. The people who work there make you feel right at home. They’re very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also greatly appreciated their attention to details that were highly relevant to the issues I was having with my vehicle. I greatly enjoyed listening to their explanations and rationale behind the repair work. I found that theirqt prices for parts and services were very fair and reasonable. My vehicle was repaired promptly, and I was notified several different ways that it was ready. I really appreciated that, too! The reception area and waiting room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my interactions with the receptionists Brittany and Kylie. I even had an opportunity to talk to the owner John. He was a delight to talk to! John explained in great detail many of the technical issues that I truly enjoyed hearing about. He’s extremely knowledgeable! In addition to obviously having a very high IQ, he is very personable, warm and friendly. I was very impressed with Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and recommending them to all of my family and friends. It’s a great place with great service, great people, and very fair and reasonable prices. "This place is great! I came in right when they opened and they were able to fix my car in just about 2 hours! The staff is super friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited.
