"Customer service wouldn't give the last name of my account representative. They have raised the prices three times over the last year because we won't sign an agreement. Price increases have totaled over 12% for this year. I've also spoken to former employees in the past and they aren't fond of the management practices at Cintas. I would not recommend them as a uniform service provider."
