"I do not recommend. I didn’t want to write this but I felt it was necessary to prevent it from happening to someone else. I have used this company several times and referred them to others. They are always pleasant. I bought new carpet and padding a little under two years ago. They came in to clean my carpet and it smelled as if they used sewer water to clean with. The smell is not fully gone. I have to continually use carpet fresh and candles! None of the few carpet stains came up."
