"Very unprofessional. It took him 8 days and 12 gallons of muriatic acid to remove a water pump from my well. Claimed heavy iron clogged pipe, but he only spent 15 minutes every few days trying to remove it. Then, he dumped another gallon of muriatic acid down the pipe. The hose from air compressor nearly killed him when it snapped off the connector and went wild. He also left behind the pressure tank for us to dispose of."

When he actually answered his phone (4 times), he made us many promises: call when he came back from up North: to show up after a doctors appt.; to call us later to lock in a time; to get back to us in a little while. After 1 1/2 weeks we gave up, he didn't seemed to be able to handle his business and be professional. Just amazing !!"
