I recently moved from LA into a home my husband and I purchased, gutted, renovated completely so all of my things are brand new and extremely pricey, more specifically, this leather couch from RH that I haven’t even used yet and waited months to get. Long story short, it was annihilated and I really thought it was going to end up in the trash, especially after contacting so many leather repair stores. My sister found this sweet couple for me and told me to just try em, and thank god I did, I will never use anyone else for my leather. Not only was their turn around time reasonable, their professionalism is unmatched. I actually was shocked to see how many of these places either ghosted me or didn’t get back to me or gave me the runaround. With DLR, they gave me options on what they could do and didn’t pressure me one way or another. They color matched so perfectly and fixed everything in no more than an hour. They truly are experts in their field and officially on my speed dial. So grateful for them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! (The before was significantly worse, when I tried cleaning the ink, all the color came out of my couch and was actually white) anyway, the beautiful after photos included for your reference."
