"Pretty disappointed with Gerber -- my family has used them in the past but anytime I have gone in, I have usually been with my dad. I will say we have always been happy with service in the past. Unfortunately, today I went by myself to get a quote and felt as though it was significantly higher than what I expected given the comparison to work previously done, especially with what was necessary to do the repair -- it's purely cosmetic and requires 0 replacement parts. I stopped by Classic Collision on Novi Rd shortly thereafter and received a quote for $600 less. Both businesses intended to do the exact same repairs in the exact same fashion."
