"We called last week in response to an alarm on our septic tank. We were told that someone would come next day and *figure out why our alarm was going off and fix it*. Loren showed up early(kudos). The tanker left some stains on our driveway. He did not ask why he was here, just came and pumped the tank (which was not full) and did not figure out why our alarm was going off, apparently said his boss was out of town "he does that" and will call us. our alarm is still a problem. We never received the call we were supposed to get."
