"I have used Drive & Shine often, however I MUST share my experience that was truly an employee going above and beyond. I had hit a nasty pothole that destroyed my tire late in the evening. I pulled in to the parking lot of the Drive & Shine on Bittersweet to assess the damage and next steps. Brandon immediately approached and not only offered to change my tire, but also carefully talked through every step so my 14 year old son could also learn. He was extremely patient, kind, and incredibly humble. I have always had excellent service, whether it was an oil change, car wash or detailing, but this was truly an example of above and beyond service! "Overall I was disappointed with the wash quality for $17 and will still need to scrub the truck myself. The staff at the pay gate were welcoming and friendly and the facility and parking lot were clean, but the goal was to leave with a clean truck. I purchased the $17 Gold car wash for a 2022 F-150 on May 17, 2023. The wash quality was mediocre at best. Prior to the wash, my truck had dust, pollen, and a few bird droppings. The front bumper and hood had some bug guts, but nothing excessive. I also had a small bit of dirt in the bed I wish I had swept out before going through the wash, but the staff who inspected the truck at the gate made no comment about it either. After the wash, most, but not all of the dust and pollen washed off. There are still some bird droppings on the body, windshield. And roof. The bug guts on the hood and front bumper did not come off very well. The rear bumper had dirt all over from the bed. The car wash also bent my Ford factory radio antenna. I can't say I'd return to Drive and Shine."
