"I have had my Raymond Weil Geneve “Tango” watch since 1998. Very nice watch that has served me well and has been on many adventures with me around the world. On my last trip to Europe this past June, it stopped working on the first day. I felt naked without a watch for the rest of the trip. When I returned home, I took it to Watch Works in Portage, MI. They repaired the works, stem, and crown, polished the crystal, installed a new battery, and cleaned the whole thing for a reasonable price. It now looks and works great. I hope to have my Raymond Weil another 25 years. I am 100% satisfied with the result and will be back for future wristwatch (and/or clock) needs.
