Setting up, my awning ripped out of one end and fell, blocking accessibility to the camper. We called Shane at 7 pm and he was at our site by 10 pm and got us up and running, and he did so with a gracious smile and a fair price. We buried my dad last week and my mom was looking forward to this so much. He saved our trip and his kindness and story left a mark on us, for sure."
