"We began on a good foot with Matt. However, there was a lack of communication ongoing throughout the project and as of current. There was a minor increase in pricing on an item, which didn’t make me happy, but it was done properly. His worker can be arrogant with an attitude. The damage we had took way too long to complete, this is due to not working full days, taking 1/2 days off, full days off, and didn’t show up for almost an entire week towards the end of the project some without a call to inform us. Again, the work which was done is meticulous, his worker does a very detailed job. Our flooring, drywall and cabinet issues were taken care of and are beautiful. One last issue, there is a small pice of flooring that was not put in, there is gap or void in the flooring. I have been texting and calling Matt, the owner for about 4 months. No answer! He has been paid by our insurance company and us. Frustrating, disappointment, and poor business is the end result from this company and Matt. I would say think twice before you use this company. I told Matt, the owner if I dod not hear from him by EOB day 10/29/21, I was going to takes steps to call him out. This is just one of the few items I stated would happen. It’s too bad it’s come to this."
