"We brought our car there to get the rear brakes & rotors fixed. (Had been going there for years!) A few weeks later my car broke down, had to get it towed elsewhere to get an estimate. Apparently, my rotors were installed incorrectly by Liberty Muffler & Brakes. They snapped off my tire and I was miles away from my entire wheel falling off and damaging my car. Liberty took responsibility for the brake job & fixed them correctly. (didn’t want to pay another $350 elsewhere), but I won’t go back there again or recommend anyone else to!!!"

"Stopped in to get a estimate, they wouldn't even look at it. Told me to come back next Tuesday and they would see it then, they weren't busy just hanging out in the office. Very simple request for a simple job, muffler tail pipe for a Chevy pickup, can't get any more simple than that. I'm not driving back next week for a estimate, with the price of gas in a truck, that would cost me about $8 plus my time. What is wrong with these people, do they think everyone is stupid. Take your time people ask for estimate before you get the repairs done. And if a repair business can't take time to write a estimate for a repair then they shouldn't be trusted to be a honest shop. just a FYI. I have been in the auto repair business for decades trust I'm telling you the truth."
