"The mosquito service is spectacular. Their fertilizer service is sketchy at best. Inevitably every driver shows up without the proper equipment, the proper materials or the proper training. Management pretends to care for a minute then disappears in TruGreen fashion. One of most frustrating companies to do business with!"

"Don't do it! Don't fill out the form on the web site, not even partially. You will be bombarded with copious amounts of phone calls all day, every day. I partially filled out the form and then stopped at the point where I knew I was not going to see online pricing. Didn't matter, the calls started almost immediately the next morning. I finally picked up and spoke with someone, at the end asked they call back in mid-April when timing would be better for me. Almost immediately, get another call, said I already spoke to someone and since I am at work, ended the call. Next morning, get another call... what the hell? Told that person I am no longer interested and take me off their lists and hung up. An hour later, get another call which I hung up during his introduction. No mean no, and in this case no now means NEVER! They also call from area codes all over the country, I can't even screen to make them stop as my home address is in MI, work address is in NY and my clients are in 4 states -- I have to pick up calls in those area codes. Do yourself a favor. There are a number of choices in this space to take care of your lawn. Pick someone else."
