"Installed new furnace and central air. AC did not work . Matt came out a couple times to “ band aid “ the problem promising to make proper repair when he had more time . Never did , does not return calls. No help whatsoever from the manufacturer either. Matt also did not register the unit with the manufacturer resulting in the warranty going from ten years to five years. Sad . Seemed like a stand up guy at first….Update - Just had to pay $509.00 to repair a leak in the system that Matt would not take care of after several promises that he would after installing the system brand new . Stay away !"

"I have had multiple issues with my furnace since it was installed. Many attempts to get ahold of Matt have been unsuccessful. I am continually paying for items that should be covered under warranty. Once again, I have no heat, and can't get ahold of matt."
