"if i could pick zero stars i would. first of all the customer service is horrible. i felt sorry for the lady at the front desk becasue i called several times a day and was told that i would get a phone call back from dave the supervisor. i never recieved any phone calls back i had to keep calling back over the course of 3 months an only spoke to him 4 maybe 5 times. i had enough of that so i took my truck down to them to show them what the problem was. i had a head gasket failure due to poor liner protrusion an this is something that you cannot mess with when doing a head gasket job. they did not stand by there warranty with part and labor. they gave me an estimate of 12k to redo the job that was done 6 months prior and only had 4000 miles on a new gasket. dave the supervisor kept giving every excuse he could to not talk to me. i asked if they would warranty just the parts an i would do the work elsewhere. they still refused even though the parts are genuine cat parts an carry at least a one year warranty. save yourself the time hassle an trouble of dealing with these clowns"

"Beware of the scam that they are running here and always make sure you force them to give an estimate before any work is done I learned my lesson after trusting them ended up with a $6077 repair bill which I found out they charge double for parts if you want to be overcharged and lied to then this is the shop for you nothing but lies and excuses I was going to sue them under the Michigan service repair act but it would've cost me 4500 in legal fees it wasn't worth it just hope someone sees this review and decides to go somewhere else"

"I took my 2500 ram with a Cummins diesel to have a DEF shutdown code checked. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Dave went above and beyond to verify the issue and get me setup to replace the inline heater and pressure hose. I will definitely recommend the shop and be back for any future issues."
