"I drove over 200 miles to Traverse City this past week on Wednesday night, in my turbo diesel Passat, for a 4 day conference and my ad blue caution light came on cautioning a no engine start within less than 200 miles, as I was approaching Traverse City. I contacted this location first thing Thursday moring hoping they could top off my ad blue to hopefully reset the caution light so that I could make it back to my home VW dealership servicing company for troubleshooting. However, no one was available to take my call so I left a message with a young lady, and I received no call back within 24 hours after leaving a message on my first attempt. I called again on Friday and spoke with John whom basically refused assistance and guidance stating there was no one that could take 5 minutes to put ad blue in my system. After pleading with him, he told me to find ad blue elsewhere and put it in myself, which I explained I had no idea how to do and preferred professional help. He still refused VW Services. Then, after pleading more, he told me I could come buy ad blue from them, but no one would be able to help me put it in the system. Then after pleading more, he told me I could possibly take my car to "Worldwide Import" and they may have someone that could take 5-10 minutes to help me. I was nearly speeches and struggled to find words during this conversation as This was disturbing. I was only trying to prevent from being stranded in Traverse City or stranded on hwy 31 on Sunday night. In looking at the reviews this VW Dealership seems to do a great job selling cars, but in my experience, the service department does not have a standard of excellence."
