"Very unapproachable. I’m new to the area, asked about hours because Yelp reflects 8pm close & guy says “NO SHOT”. Very unprofessional. At first, I didn’t even understand what he meant. I show him Yelp & he proceeds to snap at me rudely & talk bad about Yelp & his lack of control over Yelp & how bad reviews hurt small businesses. I don’t care. All I asked was the hours of operation but instead RUDENESS. Makes many comments about my two white button-up shirts stating over and over and over how my husband must have worn them multiple times without washing them. Okay it’s $2.60 to try & wash it… Why even say that? Why continue to shame a customer? A new one at that!! I told him I understand that it might not come out and I stated that I can just replace later if it doesn’t look good after dry cleaning. Then he CONTINUES to talk about the collar staining. I told him you know what… don’t worry about the 2 shirts I’ll just buy him 2 new ones it’s no big deal. He asked how soon I need it and I just requested as soon as possible. He says it will take 3+ days to dry clean 1 blazer, 1 pair of slacks & 2 ties because they’re going to be closed this weekend… It’s Tuesday! He obviously does not want any new customers. I left without using this place and I will not be back to try again."
