"Do not call them they never answer and don’t return voicemails. When you schedule a service they don’t show up and then tell you that’s it’s your fault and if you show your upset about it they just delete you as a customer. Don’t use them so unprofessional"

"They did good for awhile then started missing things. My wife would call and say hey they didn't mop the floor or whatever the issue was. That went on for a while until the last clean they didn't do the shower which was dirty. My wife called and again asked why they keep missing things. The manager Mary E. just said maybe we should part ways. We weren't asking for perfection. My wife has a broken ankle which they know about and left her in a spot. So you get poor cleaning and your not allowed to bring it up or they drop you. Great way to run a business! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"The girls at Maid Aide do a great job! They are efficient, consistent, and courteous. They work well as a team to make sure everything I request is completed each time they come. They are also very good about making sure my dog does not get out, and are careful to not leave anything out for him to get into as they clean."

"Maid Aide was mediocre on the good days. They would usually show up in the scheduled time, and would occasionally let you know if they would be late. Often corners of the rooms were not cleaned, occasionally entire portions of the house were missed. If you don't mind these issues, this is the company for you. I've attached some photos of their last visit, the dust bunny out in the open is ~1" in size, and visible when you enter the room. Its a little tricky to photograph dust and dirt, you may have to zoom on the images. We discontinued use of their services after this."
