"Great prices onvfood, clothes and especially all the choices for costumer jewelery. Toy selection is very good with good prices. I especially like the toy deals We buy for charities at Christmas and they have a lot of deals, like buy 1 get 1 half off and 25% off and they don't over price their toys. Their app is great for this and easy to use."
"I’m here in the parking lot i went to exchange 100 dollar headphones for a different type they said they don’t do even exchanges anymore ok they gave me a gift card that was very cheap and didn’t have the skull candy anc 99 dollar headphones so i accidentally ripped off the access code and now i can’t use it so to exchange it it’s going to take two weeks and the sale for the headphones ends tomorrow. they couldn’t replace the gift card even though i saw them 10 minutes ago. Target you are a huge corporation whyyy is your system so bad"
"Warning! Do not ever purchase a target gift card. My aunt had purchased a gift card for my nephew on his birthday. It was for more than $100. When my mom took him to use it, she was told that there was nothing on the card. No one had used the card. When my mom went to speak to the manager, he told her there is nothing he can do about it. However his delivery was very crass. Saying things like this happen, he was not sympathetic or empathetic in any way, and said “ i’m not going to just take money out of the cash register and hand it to you“. My mom is an elderly woman, with a bad heart, so she’s not the person to start yelling, she is quite soft spoken. The manager was yelling right at her and basically told her to leave. As she was leaving he started to laugh and yelled out “ have a great day!” I told my mom to call the phone number on the back of the card. Evidently, someone in Texas used the card. We have never even been to Texas. We were told there is “ an open investigation“. There has been no follow up, nothing was done about it. This happened in October. I understand fraud happens, but it seems to happen quite a bit with target. Not only do they do absolutely nothing about you losing your money but they are extremely rude about it as well. Take this into consideration as I am now telling everyone not to ever purchase target gift cards."
"For the past 3 years. I've come to this location at least 2-3 times a week. I love this place. It's so convenient for me to go here since it's on my way home from work. Since the one by my home is a little out of the way. Earlier this afternoon I had my first issue. I was accused of cutting in line while using the self-checkout. I was about to pay and i hear an Older female employee talking while walking up to me and says "next time you use the self-checkout lane you need to wait in line like everyone else." Then proceeds to point at the empty area where line would've been. I was very confused and I said to her "Huh??? I did wait in line. I was waiting in line for 5 minutes. There was a lady in front of me and someone else waiting in line behind me. I come here all the time and only use the self-checkout line so I know where the line is." Then she says "oh someone said you just walked up to the register." Me not wanting to cause a scene because this isn't Walmart. I just stayed quiet and now I'm regretting that I did. I finished my purchase and left feeling very embarrassed. I really don't know what I did wrong. I'm hoping there was no malicious intent by that person that accused of me cutting in line. I tried calling a supervisor or manager to report my incident/concern but that was a waste of time and was not able to get through anyone."
"rating 2 stars because 2 employees here were super super nice and sweet and helpful when I needed to find an item. But also rating 2 stars because the employee Vanessa at returns was rude for no reason with an attitude. Never understood why people have a nasty attitude for no reason at their jobs."
