"HORRIBLE store. Katie and management will steal your money. They're still holding my money from an online shopping trip that didn't have my items. I have a receipt from them that says 62 and they're still charging me 84 days later. Try to embarrassed you. Please don't shop here"

"I am pregnant, so choosing not to go while grocery shopping is not an option. I have never seen a bathroom so consistently as disgusting as these. Always someone else’s waste on the seat, graffiti on the walls and ceiling, stinks like you can’t imagine… and it’s always like this. Every time of day, every day of the week."

"On Halloween I stopped by Jewel to try and get a red balloon for my costume. I work second shift so I got off at 8pm. I had no idea that's when the florist also gets off and must've walked in as she walked out. I went looking around the store to ask if someone could help me, I found 3 workers by customer service and asked for help, the women I asked was very stern and angry and said "Well maybe you should've gotten here earlier and before she left. I can't help you." I thanked her regardless and walked away. She then went back to standing by customer service with 2 teenage workers who were both on their phones. That interaction rubbed me the wrong way. I was not rude and just asked a question. Noted to not ask any questions or interact with workers again. I'll just use self checkout. Since my presence is so bothersome. Not everyone works at 9 to 5. I work in a warehouse. I get jobs can be rough sometimes. Be more kind."

"This has to do with the public bathroom, there was excrement on the walls. The door didn't work correctly. No where to hang your coat. The smell of urine was over powering and you couldnt breath and no paper. I thought I was going to catch something there. Just looked like a bathroom from a gas station in the middle of no where."

"I hardly shop at Jewel-Osco but this place seem very clean and it has a lot of choice produce. I think the location great and I would start coming to shop here."
