"One star, not because none of the items I brought in were purchased, but because nothing was even looked at. Once i got home I noticed every piece of clothing was still folded exactly the way I folded them up, and the bags of shoes were tied closed the exact way I tied them when I dropped off, I find it hard to believe that the employee would re-fold everything and put back in the bag completely as I did. I'm a frequent seller at most of the Platos in my area and I know from experience that this is not the case when they actually look through your items."

"They wanted to buy all my things but for 20 dollars everything was name brand and technically new..I would understand if they were selling clothing for cheap but they buy your things for pennies on a dollar and upsell them at the highest prices.The Workers are nice though."

"This is the best Plato’s location. I’m near the Schaumburg store and would rather drive to this one! Granted recently they have so many drop offs that selling is a little difficult, but overall if you’re going to sell here the chances of them buying more is better than other locations. The variety of styles and the size of this location is so much better! Staff are friendly too!"

"I’ve been to this Plato’s closet for many years because I’ve lived in the area my whole life. I’ve always had a good experience with selling my clothes but this last time was the WORST. My items were not checked at all, they were in the same place and order I put them in the bag I dropped off. They were confusing my bags with garage because one of my bags had a bunch of used napkins and receipts in them. 80 % of my items were brand new, with tags and they didn’t except anything. They’re pricing has been awful lately as well. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location in the future."
