"I always struggle with this place. I have been shopping there for about 12 yrs. It is the closest to our home. They always act like you are an inconvenience to them. The back ppl are great at bringing things to your car and are always polite. The front ppl not so much. They never ask to help. One time I went in a half hr before close. 15 min to go and they locked the door and shut the lights off while I was shopping. Sat up front just talking away. So I'm trying to read fine print on the bottles in the dark. Its a very small store so they knew I was there. Ppl would come to the door and they would pretend they were closed. I literally said. You have 15 min that it says you are open. The owner/district manager (I'm guessing because I see him at the 2 stores in my area) literally sits at a table and will not help if they are busy. I have seen this 3 times. Just sits doing paper work. Wanted to buy a hot tub and it was like pulling teeth to get help. Bought it somewhere else. Just sad. The place is clean and usually well stocked."

Rob was so very helpful he has very good people skills always smiling and ready to find a solution to your every pool need all the other employees where where very helpful as well. Stop in ask for rob for all your pool needs."
