"We called to see if the bed frame we wanted was in stock, the worker who assisted us over the phone said they have two. We arrive 20 minutes later around 6:12 pm and ask a cashier if there’s anyone in furniture. She helps us and leaves to go check on the item, comes back to double check the item, and tells us she’ll be right back. We ended up leaving at 6:55 pm with no answer nor did she come back with the item. At least just tell me if it’s going to be a while or just tell me you don’t have it in stock. If your warehouse is that disorganized that it takes you nearly an hour to find an item, that’s insane."
"What a Dump!! No lighting or parking painted lines in the parking lot, Think drug deals go on there. Place looked like a Thrift store!! The city of Taylor should be cracking down on this location"
"Decent big lots, and large! Huge inventory, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On many occasions, I have seen the staff carting larg items and help people load them into the vehicles."
