"Lots of staff watching the different experiences. Brought 2 9 year Olds on a Friday afternoon and it was a little busy but still plenty of space to play and have fun. Will definitely be returning"
"My kids had fun here. We went for 1 hour and that was enough time for my kids. I thought it was reasonably priced (comparable to other play areas around here) . There was quite a bit to do with lots of trampolines, basketball hoops, a zip line, a swing, and a trapeze bar. The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of available seating for adults. There were a couple benches here and there but not nearly enough for everyone who was trying to watch their kids play. We went on a weekend so it was a little busy but not unbearable."
"The man that was running the zip line on the 8th needs more training!! That's all I'm Ganna say about him u there to help the kids not act like you don't see them because they are small."
"What is even happening here? This place has gone way, way downhill. Admittedly we hadn’t been there in a couple years but my youngest kid was invited to a birthday party today and they’re running a gift card deal, so we loaded up the family and headed there. First impression upon walking in was when was the last time this place was cleaned? There were obvious spills all over the place, the floors were all sticky, and the carpets were a mess, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed recently. There was something all over the floor by the lockers, I’m not sure what it was but it definitely looked metallic and like a choking hazard. When the kids were on the trampolines, a plume of crumbs and dirt bounced up each time they jumped. I won’t even touch on the bathrooms because I managed to avoid them the whole time. The kids told me the floors in there were even more sticky than the main floor, though. The floor of the ramp from the entry level up to the attractions was held together with duct tape (at least they used black so it kind of blended in). After having been there a while, I was wondering where the employees were. I saw plenty of them at the check in counter and cafe when we arrived, but there were only two “court monitors” in the entire facility, one at dodge ball (kind of, more like across from dodge ball and paying more attention to his phone than the kids) and another at the swing/zip line/trapeze. No one keeping big kids away from little kids. No one making sure there’s only one person per trampoline. And it’s not for a lack of staff, I saw plenty of people in Airborne gear but they keep disappearing into offices or “restricted” areas. I would have expected to see a supervisor or manager somewhere but having spent over 2 hours there, I didn’t see anyone who resembled an authority figure. My kids wanted snacks so we headed to the cafe. The pretzels were good and the drinks were cold, but so was the nacho cheese. Turns out the girl working the cafe was also the party host. I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely hustling to set two parties while three of her coworkers literally sat down and watched the U of M football game on the TV in the middle of all the party rooms. I get that the place hires children and I should only expect so much, but if there was any type of leadership, I don’t think our experience would’ve been unpleasant at all. There is plenty of potential, we’ve seen it. When we used to come regularly, it was always clean, there were always multiple employees on the floor, sometimes 2 or 3 at one attraction, we felt very safe and at ease. Had it been a busier day, I can only imagine how chaotic things would’ve been. Ultimately, everyone we encountered was perfectly pleasant. The temperature inside was very comfortable. We were checked in within a reasonable amount of time. If it was actually cleaned and staff was doing what they were supposed to be doing, I’d even feel like we were charged a fair price, but considering all of the above I am very disappointed and my family and I won’t be returning anytime soon unless I hear things have changed."
"I was absolutely appalled after attending the Airborne in Taylor Michigan. Walking into the establishment wasn’t that bad. I was told one member was unable to help me, before passing me to another team member. I checked in for the birthday party and also bought a ticket for my other daughter. I used the restroom, several of the stalls had broken locks and the toilets had mold in them. Overall dirty. During the birthday party a young girl injured herself, her bone was sticking out of her leg. When asking the staff for a first aid kit or a splint we were told they didn’t have anything. Ok, great. They did bring a wheelchair, which obviously you should not move her due to her injury. After EMS arrived and took her out. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up her blood, as I already had it on me. No need to contaminate two people. Well the first girl said “oh we don’t have any of that”. Excuse me! Another one got me a squirt bottle and some paper towels. I am sure it wasn’t anything that was proper for cleaning up blood but at least it was something. Afterward, I stood in line for food, to be told they didn’t have any! There were chips, and a cheese dispenser so one should easily be able to why I was so confused. So, they haven’t a single first aid supple to help an injured, bleeding child, nothing proper to clean up the blood, no food, and utterly atrocious bathrooms. This establishment should be ashamed of itself. I know the kids running the place are young, this falls on ill prepared managers. SMH, not okay!"
