"Jim Smullen is an unbelievable pool guy and actually just a great guy all around. He understands what real customer support is. We built our own pool many years ago and had to replace our liner recently. ( My fault) Big challenge as the people that helped originally were gone. Even though he was super busy with his own pool installs in his busiest part of the summer, Jim was gracious enough to help us when we needed it most. Using a cellphone and some live video chat we were able to show Jim our issues and he was able to guide us through our confusion. It ended up being the best liner install ever. Jim was able to bail us out of our mistakes, help us through getting the wrinkles out, and the terror of cutting out the stairs. I highly recommend Amazing Poolz. Thanks again Jim you saved our summer!"
