"SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES.....Evergreen Outdoor handled our community this past summer and did a very poor job. Grass was left very high in many spots of the yard (most likely attributed to the speed they drive the mowers) on a weekly basis and many clumps of grass left all over the grass. I would have to spend an hour every week to use my blower to disperse the clippings so it wouldn't kill the grass. I would occasionally find clumps that got deep in the grass and basically rotted the grass beneath it. Some of the sloped areas would get scalped as well. Towards the end of the season they came out and cut the grass in the early morning when the grass still had frost all over it. Landscaping 101...that will severely distress/kill the grass. I asked the worker to not cut the grass for that very reason and he said he would come back later and proceeded to cut the neighbor's yard. He never did come back to finish the remaining 75% of the yard he left uncut. I called multiple times over the next 2-3 weeks . 1 call back saying they would look into it and get back by the end of week. They never did. After more calls, they did and essentially blamed me for asking him not to cut grass due to the frost, even though the employee said he would come back. They essentially said they were too busy and I could see the writing on the wall. Poor lawn service and just as bad customer service. I proceeded to spend 2 hours later that day to finish cutting my grass. Perhaps I'll get a refund for the unfinished job? Not holding my breath."

"I don't ever write reviews but this one needed to be shared. I haven't felt more apart of a family then being born into the one I have. They offer high quality work from a great group of guys and offer a even better place to have the opportunity to work for! Hit a pothole and needless to say the pothole had won a tire which had me stuck and not sure how to fix the problem of getting a new tire for several hours and they had my back. It is very rare to find a business that is kind hearted enough to help out it's employees. I wouldn't choose any other place for quality work and I wont choose another place to work for either."

"We started using Evergreen maybe 7 or 8 years ago. The installed a sprinkler system at our previous house and did an amazing job. Since then, they serviced our system at our old house and now for 4 years at our new house. Amazing service and really great people. I recommend them to all of our friends in the area. "I'm a local contractor and met Dan on a project for a mutual customer over a year ago. We had to work together on a custom project and I was impressed with how he ran his business and how he truly cared about the job. Jacob, the project manager always spent extra time at the end of the work day to review the job with me and go over the game plan for the next day. It is clear that Dan only hires the best people because he understands that how you do anything is how you do everything. Don't bother waiting on that company who still hasn't sent your estimate. "First time customer. We needed 2 sprinkler pipes repaired after a tree installation so I called evergreen. It’s spring, so they’re booked solid with startups, but they helped me out and got me on the books for an appointment. They seemed to genuinely care about my predicament and they wanted to help. Their person came out today, fixed the issues, started everything up to make sure it’s running properly, and corrected little issues. He was incredibly professional from start to finish. I expected a MUCH higher bill than what we ended up paying. I am beyond delighted with them and will be using them for fall shut down services and any other landscape/irrigation needs we face in the future. Wonderful customer service, professional employees, fair pricing! Oh, and I expected the area around the tree that needed repair to look torn up. Nope. You couldn’t tell he had done anything. I will recommend Evergreen to everyone I know. Go with them - you won’t regret it!"
