"Poor Service and Manners Ordered Emerald Garden flowers for a friend who lost his mom just before Christmas. They substituted a wreath and poinsettia plant, which symbolizes Christmas cheer. Nobody contacted me about the substitution so it was to my shock and horror they sent this arrangement. I contacted them and they offered to send a new arrangement so I agreed. Nobody explained they would need the wreath back. In the meantime my friend brought the original arrangement to work to prevent their cats from eating the poisonous poinsettia. Upon delivery of the correct arrangement, the delivery agent requested the arrangement back. At this point my friend has to make special arrangements to bring back the original plant. I again called the shop to give them my feedback and was told to basically go somewhere else the next time. My recommendation to you all is to do just that… do not use this flower shop if you want quality, kind, caring service. Here is a picture of the arrangement they sent in place of the Emerald Garden arrangement on their website."
