"Purchased a snow blower from another vendor in early December. Two snow falls later, and the belt had snapped. Went to CJs Ace for a replacement belt. I knew the snow blower I purchased in December would be lucky to make it through this winter since it was a smaller model and there were signs that they had sold me a blower someone else had already returned. I decided to purchase a larger EGO blower from CJ's Ace Hardware and to return the one I purchased from the competitor. CJ's had what I needed which was nice. But not why they are getting a 5 star. They earned the 5 stars because they assembled and delivered my new snow blower by noon that day. I should note we had just had a snow storm the previous evening. They truly went above and beyond."
"Very helpful staff. Did not have tamper resistant torx driver bit i needed - told me to go to auto parts across the street. They did have it. Returned and bought small rechargeable led flashlight as a thank you."
