"Called in prescription at 9am. Said it would be ready at noon. Waited in line from 3pm until 4:10pm just to be told it wasn't ready! Are you kidding me. Then the lady was very rude an told me I should have called to verify that it was ready. Like it was my fault! Will not be using this pharmacy again. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This pharmacy needs the head/regional manager to take a look. This is by far the worst Meijer pharmacy out. Nothing is ever in stock from diabetes supplys, emergency prescriptions, inhalers. It's always a 5+ day wait. You can't order ahead with my insurance as they give you the exact amount you need for the month. So on the 26th your medicine is out and your at the mercy of this terrible pharmacy. I usually have to drive all the way to Rockford and transfer my prescriptions. They're always in stock at Rockford and there is never a wait. From the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem. Makes you wonder if they stock anything at all"

"My daughter got a tonsillectomy and her doctor sent the prescription (pain medication) to this location for pickup ASAP. When I arrived approximately 3 hours after it was sent in, the lovely meijer pharmacy told me it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day TOMORROW. Apparently we had to call the pharmacy and tell them we wanted the prescription filled today because who gets pain medication and says eh I’ll wait 30+ hours to take it. To make matters worse after I waited in line for 53 minutes and I couldn’t just tell them hey yeah I want that prescription filled today I have to call them? I am absolutely astonished that I even have to write a review about this but dear lord this is absolutely ridiculous."

"I have always had my scripts at Meijer and have had good service. Another pharmacy closed here in town and now you may as well plan on standing in line for 20 to 30 minutes. It seems the line is terrible long and only one or two people checking you out. This is not acceptable."
