"I Understand that understaffing plays big in a companies performance and production as well as tension and frustration, how ever there is still an expectation of the workers who are present. 7.5 hours from order being placed, 2 trips there and 3 phone calls to finally being told there is only 2 employees working due to sickness with staff and i was welcome to come and go in the back to help hurry things along and potentially get my order faster.. at least by the second phone call and before the arrival of customer(s) .multiple times.. do better to be better still no order i placed it at 1230p"

"I came in to cloud after reading some reviews about the place, most were good but I decided to come in to figure out and understand one I most recently saw about somebody having a bad experience and saying if they were white they would have a better experience. As a colored man myself and never being in, that’s the only thing I saw about race in the reviews of this place, I was immediately welcomed with a smile by the reception person and the employees, and when given my total was a few bucks short, the two guys (one older maybe 35 named Jason and one younger maybe 20 named Blake) immediately said not to worry about it and both pitched in to help me with my total. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in any shop that I’ve gone into and I will most definitely be back."
